RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please look at our return and refund policy below for more information.

1. Return conditions

Returns are available if initiated within five (5) days from the date showing delivered status successfully on the carrier’s system. Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.

All the requests for returns and refunds only applied in this situation below:

– The product has to be bought from our store
– The return/refund policy only applies to the wrong, damaged, or defective product
– All items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, or unused in their original package, including packaging materials, accessories (if any).

2. Return refusal

Although we always strive to provide the best value to our customers, we are unable to accept returns/refunds under the following circumstances:

– We delivered you the correct item, with the correct size and variant.
– You refuse to follow our return instructions and do not supply us with the necessary information.
– The item is a free gift included.

3. Return instruction

Please email us at contact@daris-service.com to begin the return/refund process and send us the required information below: 

– Order number
– Video or photos of the received product
– If your problem is the wrong or defective product, please include photos of that product. 
– If your problem is about the size, please include a measuring tape, stick or ruler in the photo of the product

Note: Return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense. Returning a product without our prior confirmation will not be accepted; the address on the shipping label is our shipping partner’s address, not our warehouse.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please check with your bank/PayPal if you do not receive the refund after our confirmation email (normally it takes 5 – 7 days depending on which bank your account is linked to).
If you try all the ways to check your account and still do not receive the refund, please contact us via contact@daris-service.com.

5. Cancellation

We only accept cancellation requests sent to us within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of stocking, packaging, and shipment; and no one can cancel your order after that time.
