SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your product as soon as possible. That‘s why we make every effort to process your order quickly.
1. Order confirmation
Once you complete the payment successfully, you will receive a Confirmation email providing all your order details: product name, quantity, variant, shipping & billing address.
In case you do not receive the confirmation email after that time frame, please contact us via contact@daris-service.com for further support.
2. Tracking information
The in-store process for the stock and packaging will take about 3-5 business days. Then, once your order is ready for shipment, Shipping Notice Email with tracking number will be available and sent to your registered email address.
To track your package, simply click on the tracking link provided via email. It may take 5-7 following days for your tracking status to be updated on the carrier’s system. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Note: All orders are shipped on business days only; Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
3. Shipping time
Your order will mainly be shipped by our shipping agencies including USPS, Canada Post, Uniuni,… and we will choose the shipping carrier based on the address you provided to have the shortest shipping time.
You can follow the estimated delivery time below:
– United States: 12-20 business days
– Rest of World: 12-30 business days
This information is derived from real-world data collected from past orders and just for reference only.
Shipping time can be affected by holidays, natural disasters, customs, pandemics, etc., This is out of our control, so if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
4. Order revision
You can only revise the order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours after your purchase is completed. Simply e-mail us and we will support you to correct the information.
We are unable to help you change your order information in case your order is being processed or shipped already. The only thing we can do is provide you with the carrier’s contact so that you can change the shipping address by yourself.
We also do not take any responsibility in some situations:
– Customer refuses to accept the package
– The carriers attempt to ship the package many times
– The tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or shows the “delivered” status
– The order fails to be delivered due to the incorrect shipping address the customer provided.
