6. What should I do if my order never arrived?
Be sure that all of your orders have been shipped already. If you don’t receive them within the shipping time we promise, please contact customer service for assistance.
7. What is your Return Procedure?
The customer must email us within 5 days of the delivery with the order information and proof showing clearly the product’s issue.
The product should be new, unworn, or unused in their original package, including packaging materials, accessories (if any).
Note: The customer should take a video when unboxing as proof if there is any unexpected issue. The video should be clear, should record the entire unboxing process and the shipping label.
